How To Get Connected

Protectoria offers two ways of sending protected messages, either by setting up your e-mail addresses with Protectoria Webmail (Standalone account), or through connecting your corporate e-mail server to Protectoria (Integrated account).
Protectoria offers two account types. Both are straightforward to set up. Please consider the following when choosing your account:

> A Standalone account enables you to:
  • Protect messages using any e-mail address.
  • Use Protectoria Webmail to send protected messages.
  • Set up an unlimited number of users on your account.
  • Pay only for the messages you send.
  • Start protecting your messages within minutes of signing up.
Your IT department (if you have one), does not have to be involved in order to set up a Standalone account.

> An Integrated account enables you to:
  • Connect a Microsoft Exchange Server to Protectoria.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook® to send protected messages.
  • Use Protectoria Webmail to send protected messages when away from your desk.
  • Enable Protectoria for all or some of your organization's e-mail users (automatic enrollment).
  • Pay only for the messages you send.
After signing up to an Integrated account, you will immediately receive simple instructions on how to connect your e-mail server with us.

Both account types are prepaid, major credit cards are accepted.
